Sometimes we all need support along the way.

My approach to therapy is built on connection, communication, and trust. I take time to understand your unique experiences by listening with curiosity and without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what you’re facing, identify what’s getting in the way, and develop practical strategies that fit your life. I also pay close attention to what isn’t being said—because sometimes our thoughts, emotions, or needs are difficult to put into words. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and safe enough to be yourself.

How I Can Help

Therapy for children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, difficult emotions, relationship challenges, and experiences that can be hard to put into words.

I work with children, teens, adults, and caregivers experiencing:

  • Trauma, abuse, neglect
  • Grief and difficult past experiences
  • Anxiety, depression, and overwhelming emotions
  • Autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence
  • Attachment, foster care, and relationship difficulties
  • Emotional regulation and behavioral challenges
  • School avoidance and other school-related concerns
  • Identity and self-esteem concerns
  • Difficulty communicating feelings or asking for help

I also work well with people who have struggled to connect in therapy before—including those who are guarded, skeptical, resistant, or simply don't know what to say.

A Different Kind of Therapeutic Relationship

I’m Jennifer Glunt, LCSW. I believe behavior makes more sense when we understand what is happening underneath it. Rather than making assumptions about what someone should think, feel, or do, I want to understand their experience first. That curiosity guides my work with every person I meet.
